For items lost onboard a 9 Air aircraft or near the airline’s boarding gate,
passengers should directly contact 9 Air Ground Handling Services at
Kansai International Airport (KIX).
Staff members at the airline’s check-in counters can assist in tracing items
through the airline’s system. You may also contact 9 Air’s customer service by
