Items Lost at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

If you accidentally leave behind your belongings while traveling on 9 Air at Kansai International Airport (KIX), assistance is available through the airport’s Lost and Found services.

For items lost onboard a 9 Air aircraft or near the airline’s boarding gate, passengers should directly contact 9 Air Ground Handling Services at Kansai International Airport (KIX).
