Domestic Flight Check-In Information

For domestic flights within South Korea, Aero K Airlines recommends arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Check-in Times (Based on Departure Time):

  • Cheongju International Airport: 1 hour 30 minutes to 20 minutes before departure.

  • Jeju International Airport: 2 hours to 20 minutes before departure.
Tip: For group travelers, it's recommended to arrive 40 to 60 minutes before the standard check-in time at the counter.


Counter Locations:
  • Cheongju International Airport: Opposite Gate 1, 1st Floor (subject to changes based on airport operations).

  • Jeju International Airport: Opposite Gate 2, Departure Hall, 3rd Floor.

On-Site Check-In Fee:
  • Domestic Flights: KRW 5,000 (non-refundable).

International Flight Check-In Information

Aero K Airlines operates flights to several international destinations. Here are the check-in times for various international airports:

Check-in Times (Based on Departure Time):

  • Cheongju International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes to 60 minutes before departure.

  • Incheon International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes to 50 minutes before departure.

  • Kansai (Japan), Narita (Japan), Taoyuan (Taiwan): 2 hours 30 minutes to 60 minutes before departure.

  • Clark (Philippines), Danang (Vietnam), Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia): 3 hours to 60 minutes before departure.

  • Cam Ranh (Vietnam), New Chitose (Japan), Ibaraki (Japan): 2 hours 30 minutes to 60 minutes before departure.

Counter Locations:
  • Cheongju International Airport: Opposite Gate 3, 1st Floor.

  • Incheon International Airport: 1st Passenger Terminal H19-H22, 3rd Floor.

  • Kansai International Airport: 1st Passenger Terminal, 1st Floor.

  • Narita International Airport: 3rd Passenger Terminal.

  • Taoyuan International Airport: 1st Passenger Terminal.

  • Other airports: Specific counter details may change depending on airport operations.

On-Site Check-In Fee:
  • International Flights: KRW 10,000 / JPY 1,000 / TWD 300 / USD 10 (non-refundable).

Online Check-In

Skip the lines at the airport by checking in online:

• Domestic Flights: Available 24 hours to 40 minutes before departure for e-ticket holders.

• International Flights: Available 24 hours to 1 hour 30 minutes before departure for e-ticket holders.

Tip: Online check-in allows you to avoid long queues at the airport and enjoy a smoother experience.


Kiosk Check-In

For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:

• Domestic Flights: Available 4 hours to 30 minutes before departure for e-ticket holders.

• International Flights: Available 4 hours to 1 hour before departure for e-ticket holders.

Note: Kiosk check-in is not available for passengers requiring special services, such as minors traveling alone, pregnant passengers, or those traveling with pets.

How to Check-In Using a Kiosk:

  1. Search for booking.

  2. Select passenger(s).

  3. Confirm your details.

  4. Select your seat.

  5. Scan your passport.

  6. Check baggage allowance.

  7. Print your boarding pass.

Additional Notes

The baggage allowance remains the same even after purchasing additional services.

If you check in at the boarding gate, you can add any pre-purchased baggage allowance and only pay for excess weight.
