If you've lost an item during your Aero K flight or at the airport, Aero K is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Lost Items Onboard Aero K Flights

If you lose an item on an Aero K flight, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact Aero K Lost and Found: Reach out to the Air K-Air branch of the airport where your flight arrived. You can either call or visit the office in person.


  2. Provide Details: Give a description of the lost item along with your flight information (flight number, arrival city, etc.). This will help Aero K quickly locate your belongings.


  3. Unclaimed Items: If an item isn’t claimed within 1 week, it will be disposed of. Aero K discards perishable items 2 days after arrival.
     

Lost Personal Items and Valuables

If you've lost valuable items like passports, ID cards, or cash, follow these steps:

  1. Handover to Airport Police: Aero K hands over all valuable items to the airport’s police unit for safekeeping.


  2. Contact Airport Police: To recover valuable items, please reach out to the airport police. They will assist in verifying ownership and returning the item to you.
     

Lost Items at the Airport

If you lose an item within the airport, such as in terminals, lounges, or baggage claim, get in touch with the airport’s Lost and Found department. Each airport has its own service to help recover lost items.

Items Lost at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

For items misplaced within the airport terminal - such as at security checkpoints, restrooms, shops, waiting areas or anywhere in the Kansai International Airport (KIX), the point of contact depends on where the item was lost, but feel free to consult airport staff if you're unsure. Provide Item Details: Describe the lost item and provide flight details. The more information you give, the faster the item can be located.

Item Recovery: Once the item is found, the airport’s Lost and Found will notify you. You may need to pick it up in person or arrange for delivery.
