Items Lost Onboard Air Busan Flights
If you have left an item onboard an Air Busan aircraft arriving at Kansai
International Airport (KIX), please contact the Air Busan Lost and Found counter
or the airline’s local handling agent at the airport.
Items found on aircraft
are kept by the airline’s ground handling staff. Passengers can also inquire
through the Air Busan Customer Service Center by providing flight number, date,
seat number, and a detailed description of the lost item.

When reclaiming an item, passengers are required to present valid identification
and proof of ownership. Unclaimed items are stored for a limited period in
