KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in is available for Air Calédonie International (Aircalin) flights departing from Kansai International Airport (KIX). Passengers can check in online from 30 hours up to 1 hour before departure through the Aircalin website or mobile app. After completing web check-in, travelers can download or print their boarding pass and proceed directly to the baggage drop counter if they have checked luggage.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a faster check-in experience, self-service kiosks are available in the international departure area of Kansai International Airport (KIX). These kiosks allow passengers to select seats, print boarding passes, and check in without queuing at the counter. Passengers with carry-on baggage only can proceed directly to security and immigration after kiosk check-in.

However, the Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk) is available for selected airlines only.

Airport Counter Check-in

For passengers who require personal assistance or have special service needs, Aircalin check-in counters are located at Terminal 1, International Departures. Check-in counters generally open 3 hours before scheduled departure and close 60 minutes before flight time. Boarding gates close 30 minutes prior to departure, and late passengers may not be accepted.

To ensure a smooth departure, travelers are advised to arrive early and have all necessary travel documents ready before check-in.
