(KIX), please contact the Aircalin Lost and Found counter or the airline’s
local ground handling agent at the airport.
Items found onboard are handled and stored by Aircalin’s ground staff.
Passengers may also contact the Aircalin Customer Service Center with details
such as flight number, travel date, seat number, and a clear description of the
lost item.

checkpoints, shops, rest areas, or other public zones, please contact Kansai

Kansai Airport Lost Property Inquiry Form. Airport staff can assist if you
are unsure where to report the loss.

When retrieving an item, please present valid photo identification and proof of
ownership. Note that unclaimed items are held for a limited period in accordance
with Kansai Airport’s lost property policy.
