If you've lost an item during your Air Calédonie International flight or at the airport, Air Calédonie International is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Items Lost Onboard Air Calédonie International (Aircalin) Flights

If you have left an item onboard an Air Calédonie International (Aircalin) aircraft arriving at Kansai International Airport (KIX), please contact the Aircalin Lost and Found counter or the airline’s local ground handling agent at the airport.

Items found onboard are handled and stored by Aircalin’s ground staff. Passengers may also contact the Aircalin Customer Service Center with details such as flight number, travel date, seat number, and a clear description of the lost item.

Items Lost at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

For belongings misplaced inside the airport terminal—such as at security checkpoints, shops, rest areas, or other public zones, please contact Kansai Airport Information at +81 72 455 2500 or use the Kansai Airport Lost Property Inquiry Form. Airport staff can assist if you are unsure where to report the loss.

Additional Information

When retrieving an item, please present valid photo identification and proof of ownership. Note that unclaimed items are held for a limited period in accordance with Kansai Airport’s lost property policy.
