Air Canada Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Passengers flying with Air Canada may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Passengers can check in online or through the Air Canada app starting 24 hours before departure.

Online check-in is not available for some passengers, e.g. unaccompanied minors, passengers needing special assistance, these must check in at the airport counter.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Air Canada offers self-service kiosks at KIX.

Kiosk check-in opens around 12 hours before departure and closes about 1 hour before departure.

If you have checked baggage, you’ll still need to go to the baggage-drop counter after using the kiosk to print your boarding pass.

Airport Counter Check-in

Air Canada’s check-in counters at KIX open about 4 hours before scheduled departure.

Counters remain open until about 1 hour before departure.

The check-in counters are located in Terminal 1.
