Air China Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Passengers flying with Air China may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in is available for Air China flights, the services opens 36 hours before departure and closes 3 hours before departure.

Some passengers must still check in at the counter:

• Those with infants

• Unaccompanied minors

• Those requiring special assistance.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a faster and smoother boarding experience, check in for your flight at a self-service kiosk to avoid queues.

Kiosk check-in available in Terminal 1 for most passengers. Self check-in kiosks are available throughout the departure hall.

Operating window: from about 3 hours before departure until 40 minutes before departure.

Not available for:

• Unaccompanied minors

• Passengers needing special assistance

• Passengers traveling with special baggage or extra seats

Baggage Drop

Even if you check in online or at a kiosk, you must go to the counter to drop off checked baggage.

Airport Counter Check-in

Located in Terminal 1, International Departures area, KIX.

Counters open 3 hours before departure and close 40–60 minutes before departure.
