Air India Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Air India operates from Terminal 1 at Kansai International Airport (KIX). Passengers flying with Air India may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in is available for Air India flights and it is opens 48 hours and closes 2 hours before departure. Passengers with checked baggage must still proceed to the counter for bag drop.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Self check-in kiosks are available throughout the Departure Hall, KIX. It is available for most passengers except those needing document verification or special assistance. After printing your boarding pass, proceed to the baggage drop counter.

Airport Counter Check-in

Located in Terminal 1 International Departure area.

The airport counters open 3 hours and close 60 minutes before departure.

Recommended to arrive 2 - 3 hours early for international flights.
