Cancellation Policy

Voluntary Cancellation

Passengers may cancel their ticket if the fare type allows it.

Refunds for non-refundable fares are not permitted.

If the ticket is partially unused, a refund may be allowed for the unused portion, subject to fare rules.

After the ticket’s validity expires, refunds are generally not allowed; only taxes or fees may be refundable.

Airline-Initiated Cancellation

If Air Macau cancels the flight or significantly changes the schedule, passengers are entitled to:

• Re-routing on another Air Macau flight or alternative means, at no extra cost
• Or a refund of the unused portion of the ticket

How to Cancel

Cancellations can be made through Air Macau’s Manage Booking on their website, mobile app, or at ticket offices.

Original ticket or e-ticket details are required to process the cancellation.

Only the passenger who purchased the ticket (or their authorized representative) can request a refund.

Baggage Fees
