If you've lost an item during your Air Macau flight or at the airport, Air Macau is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
If you lose items in the terminal (lounges, check-in area, security checkpoints,
shops, or gates), immediately visit the Information
Counters in Terminal 1 for assistance.
Provide Details:
Give a clear description of the lost item, location where it was lost, date, and
your contact information.
Follow Up:
The airport staff will register your report. You may be contacted if your item
is found.
Collection:
Once located, items are collected at the Lost and Found office. Identification
may be required.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
Contact Air Macau:
Notify Air Macau customer service as soon as possible.
Provide Flight Details:
Give your flight number, date, seat number, and a detailed description of the
item.
Airline Handling Team:
Air Macau coordinates with the ground handling team at KIX to check the aircraft
and boarding gate.
Follow Up:
You may need to provide your contact details for updates.
Collection:
If found, items are available for pickup at the airport or returned by courier,
depending on the airline’s instructions.
