Air Seoul provides flexible cancellation and refund options, ensuring convenience for its passengers. Below are the key points of their policy:

Airline Cancels or Changes the Flight (Involuntary Cancellation / Schedule Change)

If Air Seoul cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change that you don’t accept — or fails to provide confirmed space — you are entitled to a full refund of the unused portion of the ticket (fare and unused segments).

Alternatively, you may be offered re-routing or alternative flight options without extra charge, if acceptable.

Voluntary Cancellation by Passenger (Before Departure)

If your fare permits refunds:

• You may cancel the ticket before departure.

• A refund fee will apply, depending on fare type (e.g. regular fare, discount fare, lowest/special fare).

• The refunded amount is fare paid minus the cancellation/refund fee.

• If part of the ticket was used (e.g. one segment flown), refund may only apply to unused portion, after deducting applicable charges.

If your fare is non-refundable (e.g. special fare / “lite” fare):

• Cancellation after purchase may not entitle you to any refund — fare portion may be forfeited.

• Only applicable taxes/fees (if allowed) may be refunded, subject to airline’s discretion.

Deadline & Notice Requirements

Cancellation must be requested before scheduled departure time of the flight.

No-show (failing to board without cancellation) typically leads to forfeiture of ticket — no refund.

For some fare types, a cancellation/ refund request on the same day as ticketing may avoid cancellation fees (depending on fare rules).

Refund Conditions & Restrictions

Refunds are only processed if all unused flight coupons (or e-ticket segments) are surrendered/returned.

If part of ticket has been used, refund only covers unused portion.

Refunds must be requested by the ticket holder (or authorized representative).

For tickets issued via travel agents/third-party agencies, refund requests must go through the point of purchase.
