Air Seoul Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Air Seoul operates from Terminal 1 at Kansai International Airport (KIX). Passengers flying with Air Seoul may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Passengers can check in online (website or app) for Air Seoul flights.

For international flights, online check-in typically opens around 24 hours before departure and closes about 1 hour 30 minutes before departure.

After online check-in, if you have checked baggage, you must still come to the airport to drop your bags before the applicable check-in deadline.

Self-Service Kiosk Check-in

Self-service check-in kiosks are offered for Air Seoul at Terminal 1, KIX.

Eligible passengers (no infants, no special assistance, no excess luggage or special baggage) can use the kiosks to print boarding passes and baggage tags.

After using the kiosk, baggage must be dropped at the designated bag-drop counters before the cut-off time.

Airport Counter Check-in

Air Seoul operates a check-in counter at Terminal 1, KIX.

Passengers who cannot use web or kiosk check-in - e.g. those with infants, special baggage, needing assistance, or with excess baggage — should use the counter.

Recommended to arrive at least 2 hours before departure for international flights when using counter check-in.

Deadlines & Arrival Timing Advice

For Air Seoul international flights from KIX, check-in (bag drop and document check) generally closes around 50 minutes before departure.

As a practical guideline, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before scheduled departure to allow time for baggage drop, immigration, security and boarding procedures.
