Lost and Found

If you've lost an item during your Air Seoul flight or at the airport, Air Seoul is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings. Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas

If you lost your item anywhere inside the airport building, such as check-in halls, security areas, shops, restrooms, departure gates, lounges, or baggage claim - the case is handled by KIX Airport Information Counters, not the airline.

What to Do

• Contact the airport’s Lost & Found service.

• Provide details: date and time, terminal, location where you believe the item was lost, item description, your contact information, and flight details if relevant.

• If the item is located, you will be instructed on how to collect it. Items must be retrieved in person or by an authorised representative.

• Some items, especially passports or valuables, may be kept by airport police or airport security. You will need identification to collect them.

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If your item was lost inside the aircraft, near your seat, or at the boarding gate area used by Air Seoul:

What to Do

• Contact Air Seoul or its ground-handling agent at KIX immediately.

• Provide your flight number, travel date, seat number, and clear details of the lost item.

• Airline staff will check the aircraft cabin, seat pockets, overhead bins, and cleaning crew reports.

• If the item is not with the airline, you may still be advised to file a report with KIX Airport Lost & Found, as items may have been handed over to the airport.

If found, items can be collected at the designated collection point inside KIX or via an authorised person with written permission.
