Cancellation Policy

24-hour Cancellation

Tickets may be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund when eligibility conditions are met.

Non-refundable Tickets

Basic and discounted fares may not qualify for refunds after cancellation. Ticket value may be retained as credit where applicable.

Refundable Tickets

Flexible fare categories allow cancellations with refunds issued to the original payment method, subject to fare rules.
