Cancellation Policy

Refunds are accepted up to 1 year and 30 days after the first flight sector or ticket issue date, depending on ticket type.

If ANA cancels a flight (e.g., due to mechanical issues or schedule change), you're eligible for a full refund without penalty.

For voluntary cancellations, cancellation charges apply according to the fare class and how you bought the ticket.

When changing or canceling, ANA may refuse a refund under certain conditions (e.g., tickets issued by a travel agency or non-refundable fare classes).

Refund requests must typically use the name on the ticket.
