Passengers flying with ANA may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure.

Via ANA’s website or mobile app, you can check-in, select seats, and obtain your boarding pass.

You can also add services (such as special meals or additional baggage) during online check-in, depending on availability.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

ANA check‑in kiosks are located in Terminal 1 at KIX.

Kiosks allow passengers to:

• Confirm or change seats

• Print boarding passes

• Tag checked baggage

The kiosk check-in window typically opens 3 hours before departure and closes around 1 hour before departure (for international flights).

Airport Counter Check-in

ANA’s check-in counters are in Terminal 1.

Check-in counters open 3 hours and close 60 minutes before international flight departures.

Passengers with checked baggage should allocate extra time for drop-off.
