Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
For items lost at KIX (in the terminal), contact the airport
Information Desk.

Lost Property Inquiry Form via Kansai Airport's website.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If your item was lost onboard an ANA flight, contact ANA's KIX office for lost
baggage: +81 72 456 7575 (working hours typically 9:00–18:00).

Information Counters on these floors in
Terminal 1: 1F, 2F, or 4F.
