Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If you left an item on an American Airlines aircraft or at the boarding gate area, contact the American Airlines Baggage Service Office at Kansai International Airport.

Hours: Open during American Airlines flight operations

Items Lost in Other Areas of the Airport

If your belongings were lost in areas such as security checkpoints, shopping zones, or restrooms, please contact:

When reporting a lost item, provide as many details as possible, including your flight number, date of travel, seat number, and a clear description of the missing item. Valuable or sensitive belongings, such as passports or identification documents, are typically handed over to the Airport Police Office for safekeeping.

Found items are generally kept for a limited time, so it is recommended to report losses promptly. For in-person assistance, visit the Terminal 1 Information Counter during operating hours.
