area, contact the American Airlines Baggage Service Office at Kansai
International Airport.

When reporting a lost item, provide as many details as possible, including your
flight number, date of travel, seat number, and a clear description of the
missing item. Valuable or sensitive belongings, such as passports or
identification documents, are typically handed over to the Airport Police Office
for safekeeping.
Found items are generally kept for a limited time, so it is recommended to
report losses promptly. For in-person assistance, visit the Terminal 1 Information
