If you've lost an item during your Bangkok Airways flight or at the airport, Bangkok Airways is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
If you lost your item anywhere inside the airport building, including check-in
halls, security checkpoints, shops, restrooms, departure gates, lounges, or
baggage claim - the case is handled by
KIX Airport Information
Counters, not Bangkok Airways.
What to Do
• Contact the KIX Airport Lost & Found service.
• Provide details: date/time, terminal, the exact location where you believe the
item was lost, description of the item, your contact details, and flight
information if relevant.
• If the item is located, the airport will inform you how to collect it. Items
must be collected in person or via an authorised representative.
• Certain items such as passports, identification, cash, or valuables may be
held by airport police or security. Valid ID is required to collect them.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If your item was lost inside the aircraft, at your seat, or at the Bangkok
Airways boarding gate area:
What to Do
• Contact Bangkok Airways or its ground-handling agent at KIX as soon as
possible.
• Provide key details: flight number, travel date, seat number, and clear
description of the item.
• Airline staff will inspect the aircraft cabin, overhead bins, seat pockets,
and check cleaning crew reports.
• If the item is not with the airline, you may be advised to also file a report
with KIX Airport Lost & Found, as items are sometimes transferred to the
airport’s custody.
If the item is found, it can be collected at the designated collection counter
inside KIX or via an authorised person presenting written permission.
