If you've lost an item during your Cathay Pacific flight or at the airport, Cathay Pacific is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.
Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost Within Terminal 1 Public Areas
For items lost in public areas of Terminal 1, including security checkpoints,
restrooms, restaurants, or shops, please contact the
Kansai Airport Information
Counter located on the 1st floor of Terminal 1. You can reach them by phone
at +81 72 455 2500 for assistance or directions.
Items Lost Onboard Cathay Pacific Flights
If your item was left onboard a Cathay Pacific aircraft or near the boarding
gate, please contact Cathay Pacific Ground Handling Services at Kansai
International Airport (KIX). The airline’s staff at the check-in counters in
Terminal 1, International Departure Area, can assist in tracing your belongings
using their internal tracking system.
You may also reach Cathay Pacific Customer Service through the airline’s
official website or contact the Cathay Pacific Japan
office for further follow-up on items found after flight arrival.
Additional Information
When submitting a report, provide details such as your flight number, date of
travel, seat number, and a description of the lost item. Valuable items like
passports or identification documents are usually handed over to the Airport
Police Office for safekeeping.
