Cebu Pacific Air operates from Terminal 1 at Kansai International Airport (KIX). Passengers flying with Cebu Pacific Air may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in is available for Cebu Pacific Air flights. Passengers can check in through the Cebu Pacific website or mobile app, usually starting 24 hours before departure and closing 1 - 2 hours before scheduled departure, depending on the route.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For a faster and smoother boarding experience, eligible passengers (no infants, no special assistance, no excess luggage or special baggage) can use the kiosks to check-in, to print boarding passes and baggage tags.

Self-service kiosks are available throughout the departure hall at KIX. Passengers with checked baggage must still drop their bags at the designated counter before the cutoff time.

Airport Counter Check-in

The time required to complete check-in may vary based on your itinerary, number of passengers, and whether you have baggage to check.

Cebu Pacific Airport check-in counters open 180 minutes and close 60 minutes before departure, and boarding gates close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time.
