If you've lost an item during your Cebu Pacific Air flight or at the airport, Cebu Pacific Air is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.
Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost in Terminal Public Areas
Lost items in check-in areas, security checkpoints, lounges, shops, or
restaurants at Kansai International Airport (KIX) should be reported to the
KIX Lost & Found /
Information Desk. Items are typically retained for a limited period, usually
up to 3 months.
Visit the Information
Counters in Terminal 1 for assistance and to file a report.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If an item is lost inside the aircraft or near the boarding gate used by Cebu
Pacific:
• Report immediately to Cebu Pacific staff or ground-handling agents at KIX.
• Provide your flight number, travel date, seat number, and a clear description
of the lost item.
• Airline staff will check the cabin, overhead bins, seat pockets, and cleaning
crew reports.
Collection
Items can be collected in person at KIX or by an authorized representative with
written permission. The airport or airline does not ship items outside Japan.
