If you've lost an item during your China Southern Airlines flight or at the airport, China Southern Airlines is here to help. The Lost and Found service ensures you can easily report and recover your lost belongings.

Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Lost Inside the Airport (Terminal, Gate, Lounge, Shops)

• Contact Kansai International Airport Lost & Found immediately.

• Call +81‑72‑455‑2500 or visit an Information Counter in Terminal 1.

• Provide flight details, location where item was lost, and a clear description of the item.

Lost Onboard the Plane or in Checked Baggage

• Contact China Southern Airlines directly for lost items on board or in checked luggage.

• Provide your flight number, date, and item description.

• Recovery may take time, and items are usually kept for a limited period.

Tips

• Act quickly for a higher chance of recovery.

• Keep all travel documents and boarding passes handy when reporting a lost item.

• If you are outside Japan, coordinate with the airline about returning found items.
