Eastar Jet Check-in Information at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

Passengers flying with Eastar Jet may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online / Mobile Check-in

Eastar Jet provides online check-in through its website. Check-in opens 24 to 48 hours before departure and closes between 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure, depending on route.

Passengers can obtain a boarding pass and confirm booking details during online check-in.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports for boarding pass issuance and baggage tag printing. Passengers must proceed to baggage drop counters after completing kiosk check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters open approximately 3 hours before departure. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the airline’s cutoff time.

Valid identification and travel documents must be presented at the counter.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring mobility assistance, medical clearance, or special services must check in at staffed counters. Advance notice is required. Airline staff provide boarding support and coordination.

Passengers who fail to meet check-in deadlines are not accepted for boarding.
