Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard Eastar Jet aircraft are collected by cabin crew and ground
staff after arrival. These items are recorded and transferred to the airline’s
lost property service.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals are handled by the
airport’s lost and found department. This includes items left at security
checkpoints, boarding gates, and public areas.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers must report delayed or missing baggage immediately at the baggage
service counter. A tracking reference is issued to monitor the status of the
baggage.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description
of the item when submitting a report. Reports may be filed at the airport or
through airline support channels.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period. Collection requires
identification and proof of ownership. Delivery arrangements may be available
depending on location.
Passenger Advice
Passengers must keep valuable items in cabin baggage. The airline does not
accept liability for unsecured personal belongings left onboard or in public
airport areas.
