If an item is misplaced during an Egyptair journey or within the airport, assistance is available through Lost and Found services coordinated by the operating airline or airport authority.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left onboard flights arriving at Kansai International Airport are collected by cabin crew and transferred to ground personnel for documentation and storage.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within terminal areas are handled by the airport’s lost and found office.

Baggage-related Lost Property

Passengers must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately upon arrival. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracing.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description of the missing item when submitting a report.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are stored for a limited period. Identification and proof of ownership are required for collection. Delivery arrangements may be available depending on location.

Passengers are advised to retain valuables in cabin baggage.
