EL AL Israel Airlines Baggage Allowance

Passengers travelling with EL AL Israel Airlines from Kansai International Airport (KIX) are entitled to the following baggage provisions:

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

Economy Class passengers may carry one cabin bag with a maximum weight of 8 kg, within 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm.

Business Class passengers may carry two cabin bags, each within the same size limits.

First Class passengers may carry two cabin bags with higher combined weight allowances, subject to ticket conditions.

One personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack is allowed and must fit under the seat.

All cabin baggage must comply with airport security requirements. Items exceeding limits must be checked in and may incur additional charges.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage allowance for flights departing Narita International Airport depends on class of travel:

• Economy Class: 1 piece up to 23 kg
• Premium Economy Class: 2 pieces, each up to 23 kg
• Business Class: 2 pieces, each up to 32 kg
• First Class: 3 pieces, each up to 32 kg

Each checked item must not exceed 158 cm in total dimensions.

Individual bags exceeding 32 kg are not accepted for transport.

Passengers must comply with the allowance stated on the ticket. Excess baggage is subject to additional charges.

Extra Baggage

Additional baggage may be purchased online, via service centers, or at the airport. Lower rates apply for advance purchase compared to airport pricing.

Fees apply when baggage exceeds permitted limits. Special items, including sports equipment and musical instruments, may require advance approval and additional handling charges.
