Lost and Found

If an item is lost during an EL AL Israel Airlines flight or within the airport, assistance is available through the Lost and Found service. Passengers can submit a report for missing belongings and arrange recovery.

Items left onboard flights arriving at Kansai International Airport are collected by cabin crew and transferred to ground staff for recording and storage.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals are handled by the airport’s lost property office.

Baggage-related Lost Property

Passengers must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately upon arrival. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracking.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description of the missing item when submitting a report through airline representatives or customer service.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are held for a limited period. Identification and proof of ownership are required for collection. Delivery options may be arranged where applicable.

Passengers are advised to keep valuables in cabin baggage.
