Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Tickets booked directly through Etihad Airways may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the departure date is at least seven days away. Eligible bookings qualify for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Restricted fare types do not permit refunds. When canceled, the ticket value may be retained as a travel credit for future use, subject to fare conditions and applicable penalties.

Refundable Tickets

Flexible fare categories allow cancellation with refunds processed to the original payment method without penalty where permitted by fare rules.

How to Cancel

Passengers may cancel bookings through the airline’s website, mobile app, or customer service using the booking reference.
