Online Web / Mobile App Check-in

Online check-in availability depends on the operating airline. For codeshare bookings, passengers may not be eligible for Firefly web check-in and must follow Malaysia Airlines (MH) procedures.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks located in Terminal 1 may be used where supported by the operating airline. Boarding passes and baggage tags can be printed before proceeding to baggage drop counters.

Airport Counter Check-in

Check-in counters open several hours before departure. All passengers must complete document verification and baggage drop before the airline cutoff time.

Travel Documents

Passengers must present valid passports, visas, and required entry documentation during check-in.

Passengers who do not complete check-in procedures within the specified time are not accepted for travel.
