Delayed Baggage
If your baggage is delayed with Greater Bay Airlines, here’s how to resolve it:
Report Immediately: If your checked baggage doesn’t arrive on the baggage carousel, go to the Baggage Service Counter in the Arrival Hall, before passing through customs.
File a Report: The ground staff will assist you in filing a report to track your delayed baggage.
Get a Reference Number: You will receive a reference number for future tracking of your baggage.
Delivery of Delayed Baggage: Once your baggage is located, Greater Bay Airlines will arrange for its delivery to your address or a convenient location.
Damaged Baggage
If your baggage has been damaged while traveling with Greater Bay Airlines, here's what to do:
Inspect Your Baggage: Before leaving the baggage carousel and passing customs, check your baggage for any damage.
Report Damage: If you notice damage, immediately contact the Baggage Service Counter in the Arrival Hall, before customs clearance.
Receive a Case Number: A case number will be provided for future tracking and follow-up. You can also contact the local Baggage Service Office for further assistance.

Lost Property
If you have lost an item while traveling with Greater Bay Airlines, follow these steps:
Check for Missing Baggage: If your baggage does not arrive at the baggage carousel, report it to the Baggage Service Counter in the Arrival Hall before passing through customs. If your baggage remains unlocated after 14 days, it will be classified as "Lost".
Contact Baggage Service: Reach out to the local Baggage Service Office or submit a baggage claim for further assistance in locating your missing baggage or lost property.
Follow Up: If your baggage or lost item is not found immediately, continue to check back periodically. Greater Bay Airlines will make every effort to recover the missing baggage or property and will notify you once it’s located.
