HK Express Baggage Allowance

HK Express (UO) applies a fare-based baggage system with paid add-ons.

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

• 1 cabin bag + 1 personal item

• Combined weight: 7 kg total

• Maximum size (combined limit reference): 56 × 36 × 23 cm

Checked Baggage

• Not included in basic fares unless purchased

• Charged per piece (since May 2024)

• Each passenger may purchase up to 2 pieces in advance

Maximum per piece:

• Size: 158 cm (L+W+H)

• Weight: 32 kg (absolute limit)

Oversized / Overweight Baggage

• Items exceeding 158 cm treated as special baggage

• Additional fees apply

• Items above 32 kg are not accepted

Important Condition

• No interline baggage transfer with other airlines

• Passenger must collect and re-check baggage for separate tickets

• Optional “U-Connect” service enables transfer on selected itineraries
