Airport Counter Check-in

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the HK Express mobile app. Here's what you need to know:

Check-in: Available 48 hours to 1 hour 15 minutes before departure.
Eligibility: Available for most passengers, except for group bookings, infants without their own seat, or special assistance requests.

Note: If online check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the HK Express counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.
