Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.

Delayed Baggage

If your baggage is delayed with HK Express, here’s how to resolve it:

  1. Report Immediately: After arriving at your destination, head to the HK Express baggage claim desk at the airport. Inform the staff about your delayed baggage and provide your flight details.

  2. File a Report: Complete a baggage claim report with the necessary details, including your contact information and a description of the missing bag.

  3. Track Your Baggage: HK Express will assist in tracking your bag and provide updates. You can also check the status online through the airline's tracking system.

  4. Delivery of Delayed Baggage: Once your baggage is located, HK Express will arrange for its delivery to your address or a convenient location.


Damaged Baggage

If your baggage has been damaged while traveling with HK Express, here's what to do:

  1. Inspect Upon Arrival: As soon as you collect your baggage, check it for any signs of damage. If you notice damage, report it immediately to the baggage claim desk at the airport.

  2. File a Claim: Complete a damage report with the necessary details, including the nature of the damage and flight information.

  3. Submit Documentation: Provide any required documents such as a baggage receipt or photographs of the damage. HK Express will assess the situation and guide you through the claims process.
