Process

• Report at baggage reclaim hall before leaving customs

• File delayed or damaged baggage report with staff

• Provide baggage tag or reference number for tracking

• Delivery arranged after baggage is located (subject to local conditions)

Tracking

• Status can be checked using reference number via tracking system
