ITA Airways provides flexible cancellation and refund options, ensuring convenience for its passengers. Below are the key points of their policy:

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Tickets purchased directly through ITA Airways’s official website or sales channels may be canceled within 24 hours of booking if the departure date is at least seven days away. Eligible cancellations qualify for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Economy Light and other restricted fares do not permit refunds. When canceled, the ticket value is retained as a travel credit for future use, subject to fare conditions and applicable fees.

Refundable Tickets

Flexible and higher fare categories allow ticket cancellation with refunds issued back to the original payment method. No cancellation fee applies when permitted under the fare rules.

How to Cancel

Passengers may cancel bookings through the airline’s website using the reservation reference. Customer service and ticket offices provide additional assistance where required.
