Passengers flying with ITA Airways may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online / Mobile Check-in

ITA Airways provides online and mobile check-in starting 48 hours before departure and closing up to 90 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Passengers can confirm booking details, select seats, and obtain digital boarding passes.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports for passengers to print boarding passes and baggage tags. After completing kiosk check-in, passengers proceed to baggage drop counters if required.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters open several hours prior to departure based on route requirements. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the designated cutoff time. Valid travel documents must be presented during the process.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring mobility support, medical clearance, or assistance services must check in at staffed counters. Advance notification is required for special assistance requests. Airline staff provide boarding coordination and necessary support.

Passengers who fail to meet check-in deadlines are not accepted for boarding and must arrange alternative travel.
