Japan Transocean Air Baggage Allowance

Passengers travelling with Japan Transocean Air from Kansai International Airport (KIX) are entitled to the following baggage provisions:

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger departing from Kansai International Airport may bring one cabin bag with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lbs). The bag must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm and must be stored in the overhead compartment.

One personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack is permitted and must fit under the seat in front.

All cabin baggage must comply with security screening regulations at Kansai International Airport. Items exceeding permitted limits must be checked in and additional charges apply.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage allowance for Japan Transocean Air flights departing from Kansai International Airport is based on weight:

• Economy Class: up to 20 kg

Each checked bag must not exceed 203 cm in total linear dimensions.

The maximum permitted weight per individual bag is 32 kg. Bags exceeding this weight must be repacked before acceptance.

Passengers must ensure baggage complies with the allowance stated on the ticket prior to arrival at Kansai International Airport. Excess baggage is subject to additional charges.

Extra Baggage

Additional baggage allowance can be arranged through Japan Transocean Air ticket counters or service channels.

Excess baggage fees apply when the permitted weight or size is exceeded. Charges are calculated based on the excess amount and route.

Special items such as sports equipment and musical instruments departing from KIX require prior notification and may incur handling fees.
