Jeju Air Baggage Allowance

Passengers traveling with Jeju Air from Kansai International Airport (KIX), Terminal 2 are welcome to bring the following:

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger departing from Kansai International Airport (KIX), Terminal 2 may bring one cabin bag with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lbs). The bag must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and must be stored in the overhead compartment.

One personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack is permitted and must fit under the seat in front.

All cabin baggage must comply with security screening regulations at Kansai International Airport. Items exceeding permitted limits must be checked in and additional charges apply.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Jeju Air applies different checked baggage rules based on fare type:

• BIZ Lite: 1 piece up to 30 kg
• Standard / Discount fares: no checked baggage included

Each checked bag must not exceed 203 cm in total linear dimensions.

The maximum weight per individual bag is 32 kg. Bags exceeding this limit must be repacked before acceptance.

Passengers must ensure baggage complies with the allowance stated on the ticket prior to arrival at Kansai International Airport. Excess baggage is subject to additional charges.

Extra Baggage

Additional baggage allowance can be purchased in advance through Jeju Air’s website or customer service channels.

Excess baggage fees apply when purchased limits are exceeded. Charges are calculated based on weight and route.

Special items such as sports equipment and musical instruments departing from KIX require prior declaration and may incur handling fees.
