Online / Mobile Check-in

Jetstar Japan provides online and mobile check-in through its official website and app. Check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes prior to scheduled takeoff for domestic flights and earlier for international departures. Boarding passes can be downloaded or stored digitally.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are available at Kansai International Airport for passengers who need to print boarding passes or baggage tags.
