Delayed Baggage

If your baggage is delayed during your Jetstar flight, follow these essential steps:

  1. Report the Delay: Immediately notify the Jetstar Baggage Services desk at the airport. This should be done before leaving the airport to ensure quick processing of your claim.

  2. Track Your Bag: After reporting, you'll receive a unique reference number. Use this to track the status of your delayed baggage online.

  3. Time Limits:

Lost Baggage

In case your baggage is lost, here’s what to do:
