Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. Jin Air recommends arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Check-in: Available 2 hours 30 minutes to 50 minutes before your flight departs
Location: Counter F, Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Online / Mobile Check-in

Skip the queues at the airport by checking in online or through the Jin Air App. Here's what you need to know:

Check-in: Available 24 hours to 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights; Available 24 hours to 1 hour 30 minutes before departure for international flights.
Eligibility: Available for domestic flights on all routes and international flights departing from Korea, Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan (excluding Guam and Mainland China) for customers with confirmed ticket reservations.

Note: If online check-in is unavailable, please proceed to the Jin Air counter to check in and drop off your baggage. It is recommended to check in early to avoid long queues and ensure a smoother airport experience.

Kiosk Check-In

For faster check-in at the airport, use the kiosk:

Location: Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport

Note: Kiosk check-in is unavailable for unaccompanied minors, passengers with an extra seat booking, or those needing special assistance.
