Fill Out the Form: Complete the “Baggage Transport Accident Record” form provided by the airline. This will document the details of your delayed baggage.

Damaged Baggage
If your baggage arrives damaged, Juneyao Airlines offers a straightforward process to address the issue:
Report the Damage: As soon as you notice the damage, visit the baggage inquiry office. Be ready to show your boarding pass, baggage tag, and identity document.
