24-Hour Cancellation Rule
Passengers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full
refund, provided the flight departs at least 7 days later.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Beyond the 24-hour window, non-refundable fare types usually will not be
refunded. Some taxes or fees may be refunded for the unused portion of the trip.
Refundable Tickets
Tickets labelled as “Flex” or fully refundable (Business class or higher fare
types) can be cancelled at any time before departure for a full refund,
depending on fare terms.
How to Cancel
Go to the “Manage Booking” section on KLM’s website or app, log in with your
booking reference and last name, and select cancellation. Alternatively, contact
KLM customer service or your travel agent.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method; processing time is
typically 2 – 4 weeks. Booking fees, re-issue fees and service surcharges may
not be refunded unless fare conditions allow.
Flight Cancelled by KLM

or to be re-booked at no extra cost.
