Passengers flying with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines may complete their check-in easily through the following available options.

KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web Check-in

Passengers can check in online or through the KLM mobile app from 30 hours up to 1 hour before departure for most flights. For routes to and from the United States, online check-in opens 24 hours before departure.

Passengers requiring special assistance, such as those traveling with infants or unaccompanied minors, are encouraged to complete check-in at the airport counter.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

Self-service kiosks are available in Terminal 1 for KLM passengers. These machines allow travelers to select seats, print boarding passes, and check baggage tags for a faster and smoother experience.

Self check-in kiosks are available throughout the departure hall.

Airport Counter Check-in

KLM’s check-in counters are located in Terminal 1 and typically open 3 hours before departure, closing 60 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Boarding gates close 30 minutes before departure, so passengers are advised to arrive early to allow sufficient time for check-in, security screening, and immigration procedures.
