Loong Air Baggage Allowance

Passengers travelling with Loong Air from Kansai International Airport (KIX) are permitted to carry the following:

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger may bring one cabin bag with a maximum weight of 7 kg (15 lbs). The bag must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and must be stored in the overhead compartment.

One personal item such as a handbag, laptop case, or small backpack is also permitted and must fit under the seat in front.

All cabin baggage must pass security screening at Kansai International Airport. Items exceeding permitted limits must be checked into the aircraft hold and may incur additional charges.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage is not included in the base fare and must be purchased separately:

• Standard purchase options range from 15 kg to 30 kg depending on fare bundle
• Additional weight may be added through booking channels prior to departure

Passengers may check multiple bags within the total purchased allowance.

Each checked bag must not exceed 158 cm in total dimensions.

The maximum weight per individual bag is 32 kg. Bags exceeding this limit must be repacked before acceptance.

Passengers must ensure baggage complies with the purchased allowance before arrival at Kansai International Airport. Excess baggage is subject to additional charges.

Extra Baggage

Additional baggage allowance may be purchased in advance through Loong Air’s website or customer service. Prepaid rates apply lower charges compared to airport purchases.

Excess baggage fees apply when the purchased weight allowance is exceeded. Charges are calculated based on excess kilograms and route.

Special items such as sports equipment or oversized baggage may require prior approval and may incur handling fees.
