Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Tickets may be canceled within 24 hours of booking if eligibility conditions are met.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Promotional fares do not permit refunds. Ticket value is not returned after cancellation unless specified in fare rules.

Refundable Tickets

Certain fare types allow cancellation with partial refund after deduction of applicable fees.

How to Cancel

Passengers may cancel or modify bookings through Loong Air’s website, service counters, or customer service channels using the booking reference.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued for eligible fare types, airline-initiated cancellations, or schedule changes affecting flights from Kansai International Airport. Unused taxes may also be refunded where applicable.
