KIX Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Online Web / Mobile App Check-in

Loong Air offers online check-in for flights departing from Kansai International Airport starting 24 hours before departure and closing 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time. Passengers can confirm booking details, select seats, and obtain boarding passes before arriving at the airport.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are available in Terminal 1 at Kansai International Airport. Passengers can print boarding passes and proceed to baggage drop counters if required.

Airport Counter Check-in

Loong Air check-in counters at Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 open approximately 2 to 3 hours before departure. Passengers must complete check-in and baggage drop before the specified cutoff time. Valid passports and travel documents must be presented.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring assistance, including mobility or medical support, must check in at staffed counters. Advance notice is required for coordination of services.

Passengers who do not complete check-in procedures before the cutoff time are not accepted for boarding.
