If an item is misplaced during a MIAT Mongolian Airlines flight or within the
airport, assistance is available through the Lost and Found service. Passengers
can file a report and arrange retrieval of belongings.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard are collected after arrival and transferred to ground
personnel for documentation and storage.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within airport terminals are handled by the airport’s
lost property office.
Baggage-related Lost Property
Passengers must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately upon
arrival. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracing.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description
of the missing item when submitting a report.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period. Identification and proof of
ownership are required for collection. Delivery arrangements may be available
depending on location.
Passengers are advised to keep valuables in cabin baggage.
