If an item is misplaced during a Parata Air flight or within the airport,
assistance is available through the airline or airport Lost and Found services.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard are collected after arrival and transferred to ground staff
for documentation and storage.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items misplaced within Kansai International Airport terminals are handled by the
airport’s lost & found office.
Baggage-related Lost Property
Passengers must report delayed or missing checked baggage immediately at the
baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for
tracking.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must provide flight details, baggage tag numbers, and a description
of the missing item when submitting a report.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period. Passengers must present
identification and proof of ownership to retrieve belongings. Delivery
arrangements may be available depending on location.
Passengers are advised to retain valuables in cabin baggage.
